Company Law Club website fully updated

Now that the Companies Act 2006 has been fully implemented, the Company Law Club website has been fully updated. This website provides the most accessible source of UK company law material available on-line, including:

• An extensive database of company law topics with a powerful index and search facility.
• Easy access to current companies legislation, including the new governing Act, the Companies Act 2006 and the many Regulations made under it with links to the Office of Public Information website pages.
• A comprehensive set of links to other company law related websites.
