What does it cost to register a trade mark?

The registration fees for a UK trade mark are £200 for the first class of goods or services and £50 for each additionsl class.
Incorporation Services Limited would charge between £200 and £300 plus VAT for a typical trade mark registration, including the initial search and advice. If the trade mark is opposed, there may be additional charges in dealing with the consequent negotiation and or hearing to determine the matter.
